I had a blank spot on my house.
There is no need for that....
And there was a HUGE pile of pallets by a dumpster behind our church.
I am very relieved that this empty spot is now filled with color!
The kids and I are thinking of so many uses for all of those beautiful ratty pallets that we could salvage.(we used spray paint- it worked perfectly.)

oh how I love this! What a happy house!
My brilliant husband built a composter out of pallets. Not colorful, but still pretty amazing. ;)
I love this idea. So simple. I've been looking for an idea for a cheap, cute coat rack (I live in Vermont, so a coat rack is a must). I could do this using colors to tie my kitchen, dining room and living room (all visible from the entry area. I saw some outside faucet knob things in cute colors in a local vintage store and could use those as hooks. Thanks for the inspiration.:)

I love this!!! So super creative!
Love the pallets, so fun! Did you paint the checkerboard pattern on your porch? I've thought about doing that on our porch, love it!
Great project! I love your new house art, Sara!
So fun!!!! Makes me want to give it a go!
I think some of your verses would fit rather nicely on those pallets! Get busy girl!
What a fun, creative idea! Love it! I just love how you spread joy with all that color.
I've been begging Jack to get me one of those pallats, but I think he is afraid to take them!!
I love the way that you think OUT OF THE BOX. I really like the way you livened up your light fixture, too! It always brightens my day to look at your blog.
I love it! It's so you!
