**except this is how the desk looks now....I took off the patchwork canvas and added the art by my kids.

Laundry Room

Boys' room

Upstairs hallway

Guest room/art room/school room

The only room I forgot was Dave's office. We will get that in here another time.

**Thanks for your input and hair advice for me! You all are so smart. I can wear my hair curly or straight - whichever works for the day. Today it is in a hat. And guess what- I got 2 new hats for Mother's Day from Dave. I am so excited. They are super cute (we found one at the Gap and one at Claire's) Can't wait to show you.

**Hope you had a great Mother's Day. Happy, Happy Mother's Day to Mom and Mom Mincy!! Glad I got to talk to you both yesterday.

Such a HAPPY home! I smile when I look! I love it all, but it's those little things that make it way fun...stripes on the inside of your front door, the book nook, little banner, painted mirror frame. Oh, and your little dog adds a bit of sparkle too! :)

OH that's a hard one! BUt i Have to say..I REALLY love the hallway bookshelves. I could go on and on about the other things I like..probably the kitchen next with the patchwork walls for SURE...or maybe even first..C!! DON"T ASK ME TO CHOOSE FAVORITES! I'm SWEATING here!! Inspiring and refreshingly FUN! You have helped me find my "kindergarten chic" within!! lol

I love getting to see more of your home! I vote for the guest room.
No surface untouched! I love how you painted the door jam edge of your door.

I love every room but my FAVORITE things are the book cases in the upstairs hallway and your laundry area. Mostly 'cuz I'm jealous of how neat your laundry room is...mine is SOOOO messy. I'm inspired to go see what I can do about that:)

Sara...I love everything about your house! I think it's awesome that your artistic and creative touches are everywhere! What did you use to hold the books in the hallway? Are they just wood shelves or something different! Love how each one is painted differently!

It's so hard to pick just one room because I love your whole house! But, for the sake of the poll... I picked the kitchen. The patchwork & black chalkboard walls look fantastic!

Thanks Sara for sharing your house with us today!

Seriously, there's no way I could really pick a favorite but - if I HAD to I would pick the Guest Bedroom since that's where I would stay if I came to visit some day!
