Who knew symphony bars with almonds and toffee were so good?!? Why didn't you tell me?!
I saw the recipe here (figures it would be Paula).
You just make brownie batter like normal, pour in half the batter, lay some symphony bars on top, cover that with the rest of the brownie batter, bake.............
And you have the most delicious brownie ever....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmHope your weekend is one giant symphony bar- with lots of toffee and not too many nuts :) :)

OMG I just went to Heaven!!!! That's my favorite candy bar!! Chocolate is the only non vegan thing I eat! I just can't help it!!! LOL SO yummy!!!!

These are the world's best brownies. My aunt sent me the recipe a couple years ago and they immediately became a family favorite. They are dangerous to have in the house!
Yum!! I actually made brownies with black beans the other day and they were FANTASTIC. I could totally do this with my black bean mix and then it'd be half sinful half healthy. Perfect!

We'll get to the Symphony Bars in a minute... The owl necklace you are wearing is too cute. That is the symbol for my daughter's sorority so I am always looking for cute owls. As for Symphony Bars, I have given those to my daughter's church choir leaders over the years with a sweet thank you note ... it's always a huge hit. I have also given the candy bars and Mary Engelbreit's "My Symphony" book to music teachers. These brownies with a cute verse and packaging would be a hit as well. Yum!! I'm making some next week!
