tissue paper bowls

#1] rub vegetable oil onto a bowl
#2] cover bowl with plastic wrap
#3] brush bowl with diluted glue or mod podge
#4] cover bowl with pieces of tissue paper, brushing tops of paper with more glue. Give it 2 or 3 layers of glue and paper
#5] let bowl dry overnight then carefully take off of plastic wrapped bowl

The kids really enjoyed this craft. The bowls turned out beautifully.

so........we had all of these tissue paper pieces laying around.......I decided to glue them onto my kitchen window....I saw it done somewhere else- and what do you think? I'll let you know how that turned out tomorrow.

They are very pretty! And I bought a new magazine this past week. One of the pages made me think of Miss Giggles. This artist had fixed cups and bowls TO THE CEILING!!! It was cute, but it made me think of her comment about you not painting the ceiling of her closet! :)
