hello house! hello pie!

Weight watchers has been totally great this week (5 days so far!) there have been times of hunger- but that is a good feeling {in moderation} and something I have not felt in a looong time. I am keeping mostly to healthy foods - and I feel really good- lots of energy. ( ww garden vegetable soup- so good for you and 0 points!!)

I made this pie by recommendation of my friend Betty. She told me to get the "cook & serve" fat free pudding instead of instant- it is almost as easy- just cook in the microwave for a few minutes. And maybe because I have not had many sweet things this week- but this pie was so good (fat free whip cream too)

How beautiful! I think we should move to NC so we can enjoy such beautiful spring blooms!

Try this: a box cake. Just mix with one can of diet soda. Frost with non fat cool whip. Make it in a 9 x13 pan and cut into 12 pieces. Each piece is 2 points. (a cupcake version is 1pt I believe if you make 24 cupcakes) My husband prefers these to homemade. They're best if you chill them in the fridge.
Choc cake/diet coke
van cake/diet lemon lime

Love your azaleas! That sure does say "spring" in the south, doesn't it? I miss my southern spring times.

That is a gorgeous shot of your house and azaleas...different from what we usually see. I think I will put it on my blog. Okay? Wish we were there to see it in person and all the other flowering things and the new van and, of course, the fam especially! Miss you! MOM

Gorgeous picture of your house -- it should be on the cover of Southern Living!

I'm trying really hard to think of what book you drew your title from, but my mind has turned to mush...is it Goodnight Moon?

Beautiful picture of your house, though! I could reach right into the monitor to get that pie!

Your house is so pretty, and so are your flowers :)
I was pretty bad tonight, I just ate a big piece of cake, this looks much lighter, and still yummy. I need to get on a diet and stay on one. Good job for sticking with it the whole week and I hope it just keeps getting easier for you.
