So, what did I sew????

The PatChworK Scarf!!!!!

I have wanted a patchwork scarf forever. My sewing machine has been weird and yesterday I called my mom who gave me some great pointers. My problem was with all of the little dials- I had no idea which numbers they should be on (no manual). She fixed it!! All the way from Canada! I made this scarf in about 2 hours- which means that someone who knows what they are doing could do it in an hour!!!

So fun to make, so fun to wear....

Sara - I've been lurking on your blog for about a month now and I absolutely love your style! The scarf is gorgeous!!! You should do a tutorial (or sell them)...

I'm getting ready to remodel my kitchen, and you've inspired me to not be afraid of color. I should send you a photograph when it's done.

Patchwork scarves would make fantastic Christmas gifts... Hmmm....

Another fabulous Sara-idea. Thanks!

I really like the scarf!
I have been using old clothes as fabric lately...the old skirt that's outdated or too tight, the shirt with that stubborn stain, the cute sundress that's too small for my youngest. Perfect and free!

Super cute! I want one! Although I haven't jumped on the scarf bandwagon yet. I feel weird when I wear one. But maybe I should make one of my own and it would feel more like "me".
