Oh, my. I think it's been a month since I visited this blog, which makes me happy! You are so creative and, obviously, so is your daughter and your brother! How much do you charge for the wedding commission piece above?

Hey Sara, This is Laura you painted my husband and my vowes in January, and I was wondering if another couple used the same vowes??? That would be so awesome to have inspired another couple! I love all your work!

Oh my goodness! I just discovered your blog in the last couple days and I am reading back through all of your posts. (so far I'm at Nov. 2008) You are such a girl after my own heart - I never thought the day would come. I was also a HUGE fan of Home Companion, have saved every issue, and was heartbroken when I got the notice that my subscription would be switched to MS Living.

I LOVE bright color with black and white, polka dots, swirls, stripes, anything fun. I have a lilac bath, turquoise work/computer room, apple green dining room and bath. I'm sure lots of people wouldn't like it, but I don't care because my family loves it. (Ok, maybe not my husband so much, but my kids and I do) I could never live in beige land.

Seeing the post where one of your kids did the polka dot picture made me laugh because my daughter does the exact same thing with swirls!

The icing on the cake is that you are a Christian, too! Thanks so much for sharing your home, faith, and creativity. :)

Honestly, I could go broke if I bought everything of yours that I liked. So many cute custom works. Did people normally tell you exactly what they want, or just give you a color scheme and let you run with it??
