it has to stop

BurGers & CheEse Fries with baCon......

iCe crEam

That's it- I have 10 pounds to lose. Just 10 pounds- how hard could that be?? It has only been 3 1/2 years that I have been trying to lost the 10 pounds from baby #3. Now to decide how to do it.....

options:
count calories
the cereal for breakfast, soup for lunch, and salad for supper diet (I just made that up).
the olive/dark chocolate diet (sounds good :)
and lastly, {the best option, in my opinion} have Dave promise to give me a prize for each 5 pounds I lose (it has worked before...)

Anyone up for a little competition?? Who can lose 10 pounds first? And whoever loses has to give a prize to the winner?

I am up for it when we get home! For me the low, low fat things works. I have been having a good lesson from Andy's eating habits.

i hate diets. and you can really destroy your organism if you make a diet which didn't include any kind of food. so just sport much and the problem is solve:)

I'd like to lose more like 20-30! But now I'm 6 weeks pregnant with my 3rd, so I'll probably wait on that! After the baby I think I'll tell hubby that he can buy me new dining room chairs when I reach my goal! That's the best way to go!!

I need to lose the 50 I gained with my second child. 16 months ago! I get to go on a shopping spree when I hit my goal. I did it before and got with in 10 pounds of it before I got pregnant. But right now some emotional eating is keeping me from it. But, good luck to everyone else! I did Weight watchers before.

How 'bout the fresh fruits and veggies diet (with nightly diet rootbeer floats?) I'm not looking to lose weight, but that meal plan still looks good to me!
Fatty foods only need delicious substitutes and you're all set! :-D

(And, by the way, you look great!)

Seriously, Sara... those cheeseburgers are naughty!! Just eat more vegetables & fruit in place of ice cream and remember to never have a "carb only snack" -- pair an apple with peanutbutter. You'll get full faster! I could go on & on because I'm obsessed with nutrition right now. ;)

That is soooo funny!!!!! I'll try to do it with you, but we're going to be in CA!!! I've been trying to leave out sugar and white carbs lately, but haven't been doing very well with that....

I have been trying to convince myself that water and crushed ice is just as good as Dr. Pepper with crushed ice, but I can spot a liar anywhere, so I figure I may be doomed. What is with thethird child pusshing us over the edge...well, I guess that adding numbers four and five at intervals of 18 months has probably has not made things any firmer either.

okay, you are just TOO FUNNY! if you could see me go at a bag of Ruffles, you would take heart, that's for sure! LOL!

I like all your weight loss ideas except the calorie counting - UGH :(

As for me, I'm just trying to cut everything I eat in half and as soon as my back is healed I will start walking, walking, walking.

Good luck Sara! Be SO GLAD you only have 10lbs. to lose! LOL!

Ohhhhh Sara. Good luck! You are too good a cook, that's your problem. (And I don't see where you need to lose 10 lbs anyway!!)
