pretty day

I love this quote on my Mary Engelbreit calendar. That reminds me of my boys (at times :)

Finally got the contact paper on this wall. (clear to cover the patches)

These will be large Easter eggs. They have been hanging from the cupboards all week to be worked on. (the balloon is getting layers of paper and glue). Below is a picture of what they will be made into. (idea from Family Fun)

Our 3 year old enjoyed using the "weasel" today :)

Flowers from the front yard! Gorgeous!

Hope your day is bright and beautiful!

LOVE that quote! :) and I wanted to try that Family Fun idea!- reminds me of the beautiful sugar eggs they used to make...but at least this version would last forever!
Have a great weekend!
Blessings!

Love that qoute Sara, it applies more to my middle child (a girl) than my son. She lives life like a tornado... busy busy busy whirlwind!

I love love love that quote! Maybe you will have to make it into a painting for me....jk. :-)
And I cannot believe the littlest Mincy is three already! I keep forgetting that she is older than my youngest. Time really does go too fast. Any younger siblings in her future? ;-)

I just love your home because it is just that...a home. Your use of pattern and color is just astounding!!! Believe you me, I thought I was brave but you have definitely gotten be beat, lol.

I love the balloon eggs! My youngest DD would just love to do something like this. Not sure that we would have time before Easter this year, but will definitely put it in my idea file for next year.

I am also glad to see that you have a "weasel" in your home too. My DD called it that for the longest time. She is now old enough to pronounce it correctly, but calls it a "weasel" anyway because it make her Mama giggle, lol.
