Am I a hypochondriac or are we just falling apart? Dave has weird pains in his knee and we thought he had a blood clot in his leg a few weeks ago. I have had a nervous tick in my eye (that has been gone for a few days, thank goodness), my left hand/sometimes wrist has been sore for weeks now.....!?!?!?!! I am only 33, and well, Dave is OLD, but still. How about you OLD people out there? Do you have aches and pains in different places all the time? Is this normal?

Other than that, I feel great. Especially on the days that I get on the treadmill.

And now if I could just stop eating all of the candy corn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you have a good weekend and that you see God's Goodness in your life!!!!!

From the OLD generation...we discovered Super Strength Motrin recently. After the day I had yesterday, I needed one a bedtime last night. It did the trick until I was wide awake around 5:30 AM, but feeling good! (and I'm not that much of a pill taker...but I don't like pain either!)

Oh yes! My back hurts alot. I attribute the pain to lugging my 30# 19 month old around all day instead of my old age!

Yep, I think my body started going south as soon as I hit 30. I never know if it is just a normal ache and pain, or if it is a sign of something serious. My 38 year old brother had a heart attack last year, so I think I have reason to worry!

ok, i'm 26 and worry about all these things!
first, i had a twitch in my eye for so long and the dr.'s had no idea what to do so they did a CAT scan (turned out to be migraine related) and i have a blood clotting disorder so i'm always in radiology having ultrasounds done. but after 5 million ultrasounds, not one bloodclot. :) if you truly are worried, the typical symptoms would be redness, swelling, warmth in that area, and pain.
...i feel the symptoms coming on just talking about it!!
just kidding...but it does give me the heeby-geebies. ;)
hope you're having a wonderful, pain-free day, sara!!

Yes, us "old" people get aches all the time. My knees ache when it is really cold or ready to rain, so you are not alone, or old for that matter....Dave on the other hand is old if I am!

I will ask some old people and let you know.

OOOHHH Sara! Love this painting!! I have pain all the time. I blame it on working in a factory (my home)! I am bending over and doing the same "picking up" all day long! HE, HE!

You make me laugh. I feel old all the time. I can't even walk right now because of some weird thing going on with my knee. I think it's arthritis- I'm 32 for goodness sake!

I used to have a tick in my eye from time to time. I think it was caused by stress or tiredness.

My left wrist used to hurt after I typed a lot and then didn't type for a while. Now I use an ergonomic keyboard and don't type all day as I did in my auditor job, and my wrist feels fine.

What makes me feel old is finding a stray gray hair here and there. I pull them right out!

Nice painting!

Love the painting!!! I get a tick in my eye...I think it's stress, but some say potassium deficiency. I guess eating a bannana wouldn't hurt.

OK, I finally found an old guy to ask about health problems. He said that you shouldn't really run into too many problems until you hit around 55-58, PROVIDING YOU TAKE BARLEY GREEN AT LEAST ONCE A DAY. Of course, accidents like falling off a ladder or abusing your body can hasten problems. That's about all I could find out. And, I like the painting, as always.

Let the fun begin. Wait til your forty :). Makes heaven look that much sweeter and brighter. I can't believe I'm contemplating having more children. I'm supposed to be thinking about becoming a grandma.
