I Miss That Old Thing...

I was scanning a bunch of photos, and came across this one. This was when we moved into our first little house. We had been living in a furnished apartment, so now we needed everything. We bought this fridge for dirt cheap from an ad in the paper. It was so ugly that I had to paint it! There were no worries about ruining it & it made for a good conversation piece. We eventually sold it at a yard sale for $50.

yes, the smoke smell...and the fact that the lady who "bought" it from us for $50 actually never ended up paying us!

It WAS cute! And your open shelves in the kitchen inspired us to do the same in ours! Talk about learning things from your daughter!
